Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member and the team captain for the 2012's Fierce Five, and the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012 her year, she received gold in the team competitions and also the floor exercise. For the balance beam, she received the bronze medal. In 2012 she was one of the few American athlete to earn the highest number of medals at the Olympics. Her gold medal in the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold medal for the American team. It made her along with teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans to be able to complete this achievement. Also, she received silvers in the individual all around event and floor exercises. Following the 2nd Olympics the gymnast took three years off from gymnastics. She also was among the gold-winning American teams in the two World Championships. She began her gymnastics training at the age of 2 and enjoys exercises on the floor. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to commemorate her grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. She plans to pursue a career in fashion and would like to expand her signature line of leotards and socks in future. Fierce A novel, which she's writing, will be released this year.
